Henry Wilson Indian Expedition Records, 1844.

Letters regarding an expedition into the Sisseton country to seek surrender of men implicated in a murder. The first is the letter of instructions to Colonel Henry Wilson, commanding at Fort Snelling, from H.S. Turner to initiate the expedition. The second letter from Mary S. Clark, Fort Snelling, to Temple Clark, Green Lake, Wisconsin, recounting the Wilson expedition. The third letter is Henry Wilson's report of the expedition.
